Veteran-Owned Business Serves those that Serve
Today the FloridaWest Economic Development Alliance announced that VetFed Resources, Inc. will open a new location in Pensacola, creating twenty new jobs. The 20 new jobs and 2 retained jobs, with above average wages, and the $95,000 initial capital investment put into this existing office property will have positive impact on our economy.

VetFed Resources Incorporated (VetFed)’s Pensacola, Florida, program management office, located in downtown Pensacola, will be responsible for the day to day operations in support of a federal contract with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) for medical disability examinations.

Along with its partner, VetFed plays a key role in providing our nation’s veterans the efficient, high quality disability evaluation process they deserve.”

According to a University of West Florida Haas Center evaluation, the project is projected to generate an additional $11 – 14 k in local taxes and will add $1.2 million to Escambia’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP.)
