Pensacola was recently ranked as the 2nd best city to live in Northern Florida by Strategistico, an independent online research organization.
The study analyzed over 100 communities across the northern part of the state and took into account each city’s amenities, sense of community, job market, quality of schools, cost of living, average home prices, safety, and overall livability in 2022.
Pensacola was recognized for its “easy living and proximity to some of the best beaches in the world.” Additionally, the researchers highlighted that Pensacola’s strong economic future helped propel it to one of the top spots on the list.
“The Pensacola job market is also expected to continue to grow, with an estimated increase of 42% over the next 10 years, which will outpace the national average of 33%.”
Coupled with a cost of living that is lower than the state average and a large selection of affordable homes, it is no wonder that Pensacola has emerged as one of the top places to live and work in all of Florida.
