Pensacola Technology Campus

Intersection of South 9th Avenue and East Salamanca Street

The Pensacola Technology Campus is a joint venture led by the Greater Pensacola Chamber in partnership with Escambia County, the City of Pensacola and the Pensacola-Escambia Promotion and Development Commission (PEDC). The site is located on approximately 9 acres in downtown Pensacola on South 9th Avenue and East Salamanca Street.

The goal of the Pensacola Technology Campus is to serve as a location for innovation-based businesses. The project has involved land donated by the City of Pensacola and Escambia County, help from the Pensacola-Escambia Promotion and Development Commission, a $2 million grant from the United States Economic Development Administration, and infrastructure funding from the county and the city. The “Tech Campus” will accommodate multiple companies and has the capacity to support 1,624,150 square feet of Class A office space.
